Access Care Representative

We are looking for an access care representative.

High school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of customer service and computer/data entry experience required. Experience working in a hospital or medical office setting with knowledge of medical insurance, coding and billing preferred. Superior customer service skills and friendly, positive attitude.  Experience with EMR - Electronic Medical Records preferred. Will answer incoming patient calls, schedule visits, maintain schedules, perform charge entry, scan records, assist CMH Health Centers with a variety of customer service duties as needed. Must be able to work a flexible schedule and have transportation to multiple office sites.
