Senior Recruiter

Hillside Family of Agencies has an opening for a Senior Recruiter in Rochester, NY!  This is a full time, 40 hour position.

The Sr. Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Sr. Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent. This position will reports to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, and will supervise the Talent Acquisition Specialist.

The Sr. Recruiter will:
• Assists and advises company managers about recruitment issues and will make recommendations  
• Proactively identify gaps in staffing and seek creative solutions
• Approve, review and process all internal transfer applications
• Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social medial, etc. to source a high quality diverse candidate pool
• Aid in the public relations in establishing a recognizable “employer of choice” reputation for the company, both internally and externally
• Maintains all required recruitment documentation per policies and procedures and have general knowledge of various employment laws and practices

Qualifications

 

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent field of study and at least 3 years of high volume recruiting/staffing experience is required.  Supervisor/Management experience preferred.  Medical recruitment experience highly desired.

• Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.         
• Exceptional attention to detail, planning, problem solving, organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and  travel for recruitment meetings, college visits, and career fairs as needed.
