Position Summary:
Summary / Job Description:
The Scheduler / Planner (SP) will be working in a Large Industrial Campus. The site portfolio consists of office buildings, critical environments, and warehouse and production facilities. The Scheduler / Planner will focus on the administrative oversight for building trades:
Creation and posting of regional site schedules.
Work order management with emphasis on Client Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) requirements, labor hours and cost center tracking.
Coordination between client, labor, financial and regional management teams.
Meeting client annual KPI’s.
Job Requirements:
Distribute preventive and reactive maintenance work orders.
Must have communications / people skills to work with trades personnel, client business managers, property managers and financial teams.
Able to review posted analytics reports to determine regional and individual tradesperson work order performance.
Monitor work order status to ensure work orders are completed within SLA requirements.
Monitor all material purchase orders and ensure supplier is completing orders within SLA requirements.
Ensure all work orders are being completed correctly with emphasis on proper asset codes and business unit cost centers. Contact tradesperson to notify him / her of work order errors.
Assist trades personnel as necessary to ensure they understand and execute all work orders as required within the CMMS process.
EDUCATION AND SKILLS Required:
An Associate’s degree in Applied Science - HVAC or an Associate’s degree in Applied Science - Electrical is preferred.
Minimum of two years in Facility Operations required. Strong organizational skills and a collaborative style needed.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be proficient in and have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project and Outlook), CMMS Software and, able to work within SharePoint websites.
