Portfolio Energy Manager

Position Summary:
PLEASE NOTE:This is a VIRTUAL position and open to all US locations. Major cities include NYC, DC, and Charlotte.
SUMMARY
Accountable for on-site energy audits and opportunity assessments for current or potential clients. Provide guidance on energy efficiency projects to clients and facility management teams.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
ENERGY STRATEGY
- Develop/execute energy management strategy
- Implement programs to reach objectives
ON-SITE AUDITS
- Conduct ASHRAE level 1 and 2 energy audits
ENERGY ANALYSIS
- Manage energy benchmarking process, including ENERGY STAR
- Analyze energy consumption to identify savings opportunities
Energy Conservation Measures
- Manage process for identifying and prioritizing energy conservation measures, including capital investment
- Evaluate financial viability of projects for budgeting and approval
Reporting
- Provide clear and concise reporting to client(s) on all energy conservation efforts
- Provide easy-to-understand presentations of findings and recommendations
Collaboration
- Collaborate with other JLL energy managers to share best practices, develop case studies and develop new business opportunities
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- BS in engineering (electrical, mechanical, industrial)
- MS in engineering (electrical, mechanical, industrial), preferred
- 5+ years relevant experience
- 7+ years, preferred
- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, building automation systems
