Schedule:

5 Week Training Schedule: 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday; 100% Attendance Required during Training.

Work hours: Must have ability to work between the hours of 8:00am to 8:00pm, Monday through Friday

 

Salary:

Determined Based on Experience

Job Knowledge/Experience Required:

• Previous customer service experience required
• Contract CSR experience is a definite asset, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Superior systems and process capabilities
• Team player
• Adapts well to a changing environment
• Is proactive at resolving issues
• Takes initiative
• Professional and courteous manner
• High School Diploma or GED 
• 1 -2 years minimum experience in a Customer Service role, Call Center Experience, highly preferred

Training is held on site, at 125 Mushroom Blvd. Rochester 14623

Training hours are: 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday
